The title of your website and of each website page helps your search engine optimisation immensely. Each web page should have a title (thats the bit that appears at the top of the browser) that features what you do and the words that are important. ie best cabbage in UK, cabbage sales, cabbage products would be a good title for a webpage selling cabbage.
